Dr. Gratopp is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor specializing in complex and chronic conditions that require deeper investigation. She works with clients who have been told “everything looks normal,” dismissed, or left without clear direction — yet know something is still wrong. As the founder of Mystery Med, she approaches each case through strategy, pattern recognition, and structured clinical analysis.

Dr. Gratopp developed the Mystery Med Method — Detect, Decode, Diffuse — a strategic framework designed to uncover hidden drivers of illness, make sense of complex health histories, and create structured, personalized healing plans.

Dr. Gratopp is the author of 7 Warning Signs That Mold Is Sabotaging Your Health and the creator of the What the Health?!? series, with her upcoming books, What the MTFHR?!? and Raised In The Rink are set to release June 2026.
Her expertise has been featured in Natural Awakenings and Scarsdale10583, in addition to multiple media appearances.

Dr. Gratopp's work focuses on chronic illness, autoimmune disease, mold toxicity, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and complex multi-system conditions requiring advanced nutritional and functional strategies. In addition to her chronic illness work, she has supported elite athletes in optimizing performance through targeted metabolic and performance-based approaches.
Dr. Gratopp previously served as Director of Functional Medicine at Scarsdale Integrative Medicine in Scarsdale, New York, and worked with Integrative Medical New York in New York City, focusing on leaky gut and IBD-related conditions. These roles expanded her experience applying functional medicine principles across diverse clinical environments.

Dr. Gratopp’s expertise has been featured across multiple platforms, including four appearances on Eden’s Living TV discussing mold toxicity, leaky gut, and naturopathic medicine. She has also presented at Stamford Health’s Integrative Health Center and the Jewish Home in New York. Known for her ability to translate complex medical concepts clearly, she speaks to both professional and public audiences with precision and clarity.
Dr. Gratopp holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. Her own health journey as a competitive track, softball, and volleyball athlete — later linked to mold exposure — shaped her dedication to natural medicine and nutrition.
Raised in a Michigan hockey family, with two brothers who play professionally, she maintains a lifelong connection to performance and resilience — values that inform her work with both athletes and clients navigating chronic illness.
